The aggregates are the skeleton of the business, they occupy on average between 70% and 90% of the concrete volume, therefore their granules have to be solid and non-deteriorated because they have to adhere tenaciously to the concrete paste which agglomerate them. So they have to be homogeneous, polyhedral, clear and with no organic materials and impurities.
Since 2011 the quarry enabled a recycling facility of aggregates scrupulously selected which exclusively come from the Cervino Valley. As a result the aggregate perfectly complies with the requirements needed by the Law and in 10/06/2008 it achieved the Ministerial Certification Level 2+ relating to the aggregate manufacturing process control best known as CE marking (12620 n.1372/CPD/0389, 13139 n. 1372/CPD/0390, 13242 n. 1372/CPD/0391) which still maintains.
